Question 1

What is a Momo and how is it prepared?

Momos are traditional Himalayan dumplings originating from Nepal and Tibet. We hand-fold our thin flour wraps and pack them with fresh seasoned chicken or minced mixed vegetables, infused with onions, garlic, ginger, and authentic Himalayan spices, then steam or pan-fry them.

Chilli Momos are fried momos tossed in a sweet-tangy and spicy Indo-Chinese chilli sauce with sautéed bell peppers and onions.
